Default Frogspawn sick?

I have a branch frogspawn with like 5 heads, 3 of them are covered with a brown slime and they look sick.
What should I do?

I would try either a fresh water dip or an iodine dip and see if it saves the other heads that will kill off any bacterial infection that might be going on.
