I agree. Full spectrum lighting and a black background will do wonders.

I am agree with your point that Full spectrum lighting and a black background will do wonders.Aquarium Lighting is one of the most important part of a successful reef aquarium or planted freshwater tank. It is also amongst the most confusing and misunderstood of all aquarium supplies and equipment. The perfect light source for a bluer spectrum to simulate natural daylight on the reef at depths of 5 - 20ft.

Soundtrack fish does not need light in the aquarium above them. Light in the room is sufficient light fish. However, many people like light in aquarium, a better view of the fish, and add a glow in the tank. Remember to turn off the lights when not watching the aquarium. This will reduce the growth of algae and green water aquarium.Single or double fluorescent tubes under the hood is the most easy to install and maintain.
