Ich treatment/to quarantine or not

Hello all I'm am new to this and have already stumble into some trouble along the way when setting up my tank. My set up is only two months old, I have some live rock, shrimp a snail and the two clown and a tang. I notice that the one clown and the tang now have "Ich" and the other is starting to rubb up against the sand/rock and it too may aswell be inpected. I have been doing some reading on how to treat this (so many way of treatment my head hurts). My question is since I only have the 3 fish is it necessary to quarantine them or should I just treat them where they are now. and set up a QT tank for future use. Will it hurt the shrimp and snail?
