Your best bet is to add a good ammount of dry base rock when setting up a new aquarium and then a little LR to seed the base rock. In a couple months you'll have a tank full of LR at a fraction of the cost. That's my $.02 |
Have done. Added about 12kg of a whitish rock. I think limestone. It is white on the outer and dark on the inner, and a few pieces are a bit darker. And have about 20kg of LR. It's looking good.
